The Tough Mode© can heat up the grid and the collector while pressure measurement in order to prevent contaminants in process environment from being deposited on the grid and the collector. In conventional B-A Gauge, the deposited contaminants shorten the lifetime of the gauge and cause inaccurate measurement.
