B-A Tough Gauge© had been developed based on the patented Tough Mode© technology by Ampere Inc. in Japan.
The Tough Mode© can heat up the grid and the collector while pressure measurement in order to prevent contaminants in process environment from being deposited on the grid and the collector. In conventional B-A Gauge, the deposited contaminants shorten the lifetime of the gauge and cause inaccurate measurement.
The B-A Tough Gauge© will give longer lifetime in the environment where corrosive or organic particles involved and will be able to keep the accuracy of the measurement all through your production cycle.
TG100 is a Byard-Albert ionisation gauge which can measure down to 10-9 mbar (hPa) with Tough Mode©. The integrated large display allows users to check the pressure by a vacuum chambers and the display detect the orientation of itself and will rotate the display automatically.
